What is Eclectic Revival?

Eclectic Revival is a faith-led lifestyle boutique filled with colorful, useful, and meaningful finds for your closet, home, and everyday life.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We currently accept returns on eligible clothing items only. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and have all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What items are final sale?

All non-clothing items are final sale, including accessories, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, home décor, candles, gifts, stationery, faith items, books, journals, Bibles, gift cards, and sale or clearance items.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible at caitlin@eclecticrevival.shop with your order number and photos of the item so we can help make it right.

Will more products be added?

Yes! New finds, restocks, and seasonal pieces will be added as the shop grows, so keep checking back for what’s new.

Are product colors and details accurate?

We do our best to represent each item as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.
