Refund policy

We want you to have something you truly love! Because Eclectic Revival is a small business with limited inventory, we currently accept returns on eligible clothing items only.

Clothing Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of your order being delivered.

To qualify for a return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all original tags still attached. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, sweat, stains, pet hair, odors, or any other signs of wear or use.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Eclectic Revival is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please contact us at caitlin@eclecticrevival.shop before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

All non-clothing items are final sale, including accessories, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, home décor, candles, gifts, stationery, faith items, books, journals, Bibles, gift cards, and sale or clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at caitlin@eclecticrevival.shop with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
