Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing times may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as each order is packed with care.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and are determined by the shipping carrier.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Eclectic Revival is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Eclectic Revival is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error before your order has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at caitlin@eclecticrevival.shop and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at caitlin@eclecticrevival.shop so we can help you determine the next steps.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at caitlin@eclecticrevival.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help make it right.
